From Texas
Attorney General
Ken Paxton

ELECTION INTEGRITY

The Office of the Attorney General has been aware of limited failed tests of voting machines in Dallas County and has been on the ground investigating these issues alongside the Secretary of State's office. Dallas County voters must have complete assurance that their voting machines will work properly when early voting begins. They deserve their questions to be answered with clarity.

The Dallas Counrty Republican Party's (DCRP) press release on this issue is premature and contains several inaccuracies. My office is continuing to investigate this issue. A report from the Secretary of State’s office is forthcoming. Although the DCRP's press release suggests otherwise, the truth is that all parties involved have made significant progress toward resolving all outstanding issues.

My office has been working around the clock to uphold the integrity of Texas elections. There is nothing more important than protecting every legal vote from election fraud or interference. I want to be crystal clear that my authority over many of these listed points is limited and not to the scope that DCRP would like for it to be. Anything I can legally do to protect your vote, you have my full assurance I will do. Safe and secure elections is my absolute top priority.

Ken Paxton
Texas Attorney General

2024 Slate Cards

Dallas County Republicans United PAC has produced a slate card showing all Dallas County Republicans on the ballot in the 2024 General Elections. Copies have been freely provided to Republican Candidates for their Poll Greeters to hand out to the public outside Voting Centers. The Texas Election Code allows the small 4” x 6” card to be taken into a Voting Center and used when marking your ballot for voting.

Where Else can you wade into a throng of 9,000 die-hard Republican voters? Only at the Texas State Republican Convention!  If you have never attended, what are you waiting for?  As it is a 3 step process, many people are put off by the process by which you get there.  But with a little bit of planning, you can get your PTO arranged, transportation to Houston and back and find a roommate/buddy to share that hotel expense.  Texas has been red for all these years because 9,000 of you step up every year to be a part of this!  It is an honor and a privilege to be a Texas State Convention Delegate and/or Alternate Delegate and represent your Senate District and active Republicans who want to go are likely to be elected as a delegate to attend.

Precinct Chairs are the Grassroots of the Republican Party! Come Join Us!

Precinct Chairs are the backbone of the Republican Party. We have lost many precinct chairs in the past 15+ months and it is imperative that we replace as many as possible ahead of the 2026 primary and mid-term elections.  If you are willing to make a difference in your precinct to help reach Republicans in your area to be aware of upcoming elections and important elections, whether they be national, state or local in nature.

What to Know About the Proposed Texas Constitutional Amendments on the November 2025 Ballot

Voters across Texas will have the opportunity this November to approve or reject 17 proposed amendments to the state constitution covering issues ranging from property tax exemptions to bail reform.  The propositions were approved during the regular legislative session and now head to the people for final approval, as required for all constitutional amendments in Texas.
